Today we will be heading to Historic Hartley Valley where you will step back in time with this historic inland settlement. We will we will be taken on a 1 ½ hour guided tour, among the sandstone buildings of Hartley Historic Site.

Included in the tour is the Courthouse – a fine example of colonial architecture which allows you to imagine the convicts, magistrates and members of the public passing through its doors.

Also included is St Bernards Church, another lovingly preserved example of colonial sandstone architecture and the Aboriginal Art Gallery. There are Seventeen Buildings in the village and you will be able to find out about the region’s past at the visitor centre.

Lunch today will be at a local club.
